The Idea of customizing stuff with little cute charms as a "DIY" art is brilliant but the staff were not welcoming at all. The way they answer your questions make you uncomfortable to ask another one.
I came here with a friend and ordered their seasonal Christmas drinks which were cute. However, we waited 15< minutes for just two drinks although they weren’t at their busiest hours D:

I've always wanted to try this diy + tea place, and I had the opportunity of trying it out with my friend. To be honest, it wasn't what I was expecting. The service would've been better, such as explaining what they offer and how the diy works, etc. The tea is pretty mid, I'm not gonna lie. And the bracelets and clips are expensive... Also, the tables get taken pretty quickly, I guess depending on the day, and so you'll have to wait until someone finishes their diy.
