Very fun experience! Was wary about the negative reviews, but the customer service was amazing, drinks were delicious (and not watered down at all like others have mentioned..), and we had a fantastic time there. The staffs were understanding and very helpful at explaining what to do. It gets crowded quick, so I recommend going in a bit early. (We arrived near opening time) Otherwise, super fun and great for adults and kids. Will comeback again when we’re in Canada! ?

I've always wanted to try this diy + tea place, and I had the opportunity of trying it out with my friend. To be honest, it wasn't what I was expecting. The service would've been better, such as explaining what they offer and how the diy works, etc. The tea is pretty mid, I'm not gonna lie. And the bracelets and clips are expensive... Also, the tables get taken pretty quickly, I guess depending on the day, and so you'll have to wait until someone finishes their diy.

Very pricy. My tiny hair clip after tax and tip is almost 9 dollars-the cheapest portion.The quality of the crafting material they provide is not good. The store environment is messy. The washroom is not very clean, they didn’t even bother to install the door handle properly. All the food ingredients are cluttered in a half falling shelf before some uninstall doors. Table not the same height. On the bright side, the drinks are good. Still probably a good place for kids to do some crafts
