I visited this place after hearing great things about it. (I’m a big fan of ramen, but I don’t enjoy broths that are too greasy or heavy, and I’m also not fond of strong meaty flavors) the broth here was delicious, and overall I was really satisfied. The server was kind, and the food was great. I definitely recommend this place.

My family is a loyal customer of Surrey Maruhachi BUT TODAY I AM VERRRY VERRY VERRY DISAPPOINTED. I ORDERED 5 RAMENS FOR OUR DINNER WITH EXTRA NOODLE AND SOUP. UNFORTUNATELY THEY SAID THAT THE EXTRA SOUP WAS GIVEN BUT INFACT THEY DID NOT!!! USUALLY THEY PUT THE EXTRA SOUP IN AN EXTRA CONTAINER. THIS TIME THEY SAID THEY PUT IT IN SAME CONTATINER. I PAID EXTRA 4.25$ BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE MY EXTRA SOUP. MY DAUGHTER LOVE THIS PLACE BUT TODAY WILL BE OUR LAST ORDER FROM THEM AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPER BAD. VERY DIS APPOINTED. Delicious and they greatly improved their spicy miso ramen when compared to how it was before, plus they have fantastic onsen eggs
They used to have great food(broth and noodle) and our last visit was not that great because the noodle was changed or something it felt so cheap or over cooked something.
