Although the parking can be challenging, this place is worth visiting! We had the biang-biang spicy hot oil noodles with braised beef, and it was THAT good we still thinking about it weeks later. The noodle was perfectly cooked for chewiness, the serving amount for the beef was generous and it was tender, got the right flavour throughout.The staff was courteous and helped and answered our questions. I wouldn't usually eat somewhere with less than 4 stars but the negative reviews seemed to be mostly about the service and attitude of the employees, which I can overlook if the food is good. I ordered the pita bread soaked in lamb soup and the pork burger. The pork burger was fine, but nothing special in terms of the flavour. We are hunting biang Biang noddles in the metro Vancouver, so feel excited to find one nearby. The noodles met our expectations, but the whole bowl was way oilier than what we had had from the different restaurants, and my husband’s stomach felt upset after that.
