“At was our first time at Raglan’s Bistro & their colourful patio & sign caught our eye. We were so happy that their patio was open & they turned on the heater for us & our pup. I ordered the piña colada ? ? ? & huevos rancheros with a side of summer sausage. While my husband ordered a burger & she staff accommodated his request to make the order vegan. The food came out quickly & was HOT. ?️ the summer sausage caught my eye as soon as the staff brought it out: it was colourful & looked juicy. And after taking a bite: I knew it wasn’t just store-bought/ a ready to cook sausage. It juicy & burst with flavour with each bite, & was so good that I had to ask if it was house-made or a specialty order. One of the staff said it was indeed house-made & took lots of recipe-tweaking. My cocktail was refreshing after finishing up a walk around Mahon Park & felt like I was in a tropical country. ? And my cast iron plate of huevos rancheros was filling, scrumptious & definitely made our stroll worth it.
