Not sure why the mediocre reviews, but the food here is excellent, because I go here at least once a week or whenever I want to save time from cooking myself. They always have more than 20 dishes to choose from, with at least 5 meat dishes. Always 2 soups, 5 fountain pops, and also ice cream available. The other buffets in town are too pricey and they don't necessarily offer better, not to mention I live in south Burnaby as well.
Place is clean and spacious, price is very fair. You don’t have to expect too much for just paying a little but for me, it’s more than I should get considering the food they serve.
We went here and loved it. For Vancouver area the price was very reasonable $28.40 with tax for each adult (Friday, dinner). Some things weren't as tasty which is always the case with any cheap buffet. The place was clean and well appointed. My husband really loved the all you can eat soft serve and pop as a bonus. Roasted beef was top notch and so was the fried chicken. Roasted veggies, sweet and sour chicken and chow mein were my fav. Overall would absolutely come back...
