I love Chinese food, and this is among the worst. Traveling to Vancouver area for the first time I was expecting some of the best only to be extremely disappointed - the fried rice had more frozen peas than BBQ pork bits or even other ingredients, like soy sauce:(.

I ordered Shumai Gyoza, but I discovered a large foreign object inside. It was not the paper usually placed under dumplings, but a piece of plastic sticker-like material that was included in the food.
Please see the attached photo for reference. I would like to request a refund/replacement and also ask that you review this serious food safety issue.
The dim sum was amazing, fresh and full of flavor! A special shout-out to Vienna — she was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel truly cared for. The rest of the staff were also very warm and enthusiastic, happily introducing the dishes and making great recommendations. Excellent service all around and definitely a place I’d come back to!
