Serious Coffee Campbell River is a cozy spot in Willow Point with hit or miss customer service. Some staff members are great, while others forget to add syrup flavors to drinks. The punch cards are only valid for standard drip coffees, which can be disappointing. The interior is beautiful with artwork for sale on the walls, and a nice big menu with lots of options. However, there were issues with getting dairy-free drinks as requested, and the flavors of the chai and Tumeric rooibos latte were lacking. Despite this, it is considered the nicest Serious Coffee location on the island with a comfortable atmosphere and phenomenal art.
