“Browns is one of my favourite spots to go. The service is usually nice however I wish that they did come to the table a little bit more often. Atmosphere is great but it can get a bit loud when it is busy. I love their french dip and I recommend that you try it out. Making a reservation is really easy, but they do also have room for walk ins.“

“Cookies Grill is the perfect restaurant for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or even Dinner. When I looked up its menu on Google, I knew I had to try their food. When I got there on a Monday, the establishment was packed, which says a lot about its thriving business. I got to try the S'More Croffle from their monthly menu and it was incredible. This may just be my favourite breakfast item. This meal came with bacon that was superb and eggs that were consistently good. The coffee was top notch and went great with everything else. Also, the coffee is free if you have it with a breakfast choice. The service was excellent; well-mannered, and they checked on you often. My only problem or nitpick about this restaurant is that it is far from where I live and it is in an obscured part of Chilliwack where you would not think to go. Nonetheless, I would love to come back to Cookies Grill and try their other menu choices. I am very happy for this restaurant's success.“

“The burger shack has something for everyone! We have nothing but nice things to say about the food and the variety of things on the menu! My son and I had the butter chicken w/ rice. I cannot say enough how much I LOVED their butter chicken! By far the best I have had! After our long drive from Alberta it hit the spot! We loved the atmosphere and the staff were so friendly! “Went through drive through this evening and had one of the best customer service experience at any restaurant. It’s very rare that drive through attendants ask, “ how could I put a smile on your face today”. It just made my day. Kudos to you and you did put a smile on my face 😊“

“I've been through the drive thru for this location quite a few times over the last month or two and must say that I'm pretty impressed. Food has been fresh, hot and delicious. The pop, however, has been disgusting. I have never had one that isn't flat. I find my self more often than not dumping it. Staff aren't the most polite but their not rude, it's more likely they just don't want to be there and who can really blame them. Overall I will definitely keep coming here. The consistency has been very good.“

“Its a very nice quality White Spot, and the layout + vibe is great and has lots of various seating options.
The food is exactly what you should expect from typical WS menu and this location has excellent burgers and fries, soups etc.
Overall service is good but-!! check your bill carefully. I got charged extra for asking to bring tiny side of mayo instead of some other dressing that I can't have. When I pointed out to my Server, she started to argue with me instead of just quickly apologise and take it off the bill. She did not realise that I am in same profession (I'm also a restaurant Server) So i had to explain to her that in cases like this you don't overcharge. She finally complied when i offered to call the Supervisor.
My advice to the Servers at this location. Please keep in mind that amount of your tip directly depends on quality of your service and honesty with every customer.

“On our travels through Chilliwack, I discovered that I had left my purse behind, at Five Guys. I was 3 hours away by this time and went into a blind panic. I called them, crossing fingers it was there! They stated that it was, and they kept it safe overnight until I could have someone pick it up the next morning. The purse was retrieved, all contents (including cash), untouched. A MAJOR THANK YOU for the honesty, integrity and graciousness of this store’s staff. All the stars and all the love, I appreciate you. 🩵🩵“

“Went there last weekend on a Sunday with a friend as she has never been to this restaurant before nor did she know about it. “We went for valentines dinnner. Unfortunately it’s was not good. Food was cold, the prime rib was so raw and cold. They only gave us a certain percent off mine not my hubby’s. The bill was still a big one. And we went home and made food. Normally we enjoy the food.“

“The restaurant was very clean. The server was very friendly, prompted, and had good food. The only drawback is that you have to enter the restaurant through the Esso gas station, which seems to always have doors locked, so you must be buzzed in to enter the restaurant before 7 am.“
