Filberg Summer Kitchen is a top-notch restaurant in BC that offers excellent food with artful plating. Chef Mark brings Quebec culinary expertise to create dishes like Ling Cod and Mushroom Toast. The relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff make dining here a great choice. While some dishes like the pork loin with baby vegetables and grilled peach impressed, others were served cold, which was disappointing considering the price and quality. Despite this, the experience at Filberg Summer Kitchen is still outstanding, with incredible flavor combinations and high-quality ingredients making it the best dining spot in the Comox Valley.
