“Finding a gluten free breakfast on the go is always difficult, but in airports it’s next to impossible. On The Fly has the most delightful gluten free spanakopitas though and I was shocked! They also have oat and almond milk for drinks and they are so kind and genuinely happy. Made for a very happy celiac :) thank you.“

“Ah Panago, my old friend! Kept me fed those lazy days when cooking or even shopping was too much of a bother. As far as chain pizza businesses are concerned, I only buy from Panago. They have a great selection and more importantly their choices lean toward the healthier side of the scale. Pizzas are delicious, flavourful, and come in several sizes including my personal favourite, personal size (just big enough for one person and a lot cheaper than small size). All in all, if you're health conscious and craving pizza, you can't go wrong with getting it from Panago.“

“A great space for a gluten free safe meal. Ordered butter chicken (of course) and rice and another dish and both were great. Fairly priced, not expensive but not cheap either, so fair warning. Not a huge beer list but we didnt go there for the beer.“

“We stopped in for lunch and the place was "jumping". Nevertheless, the friendly staff found a great table for us, and our server appeared in no time to take our orders. My wife had the mulligatawny soup, which she found delicious. I ordered the gouda and bacon burger and must say that it's without a doubt the best burger I've had in the Comox Valley. We both really enjoyed our lunch and would have no problem in recommending Rhodos Coffee & Bistro.“

“I love the Atlas ! every time we’ve been the food is absolutely delicious and unique, and the staff are wonderful. Today we went and didn’t realize it was “all breakfast Sunday”. I had my heart set on clam chowder, with only breakfast food I thought it might not be for me but the waitress was so good we decided to stay and I ended up having the best breakfast Huevos rancheros , it was absolutely delicious .. and I also ordered the wrong type of wine.. well the waitress even changed in the wine for me.. really appreciated her .. thank you Atlas cafe and staff !!“

“Forgot to take photos (oops) but we got their BBQ duck rice noodles, BBQ duck bento, house rolls, and negitoro rolls. Took about 30 mins to get our takeout order and the person helping us was very knowledgeable. Yummy food! A lot of selection for gluten free meals as well and gluten free soy sauce too:)

Dietary restrictions: They were so good with gluten free food - they have a detailed menu with what is already GF and what can be made GF, as well as GF soy sauce. They were also upfront and mentioned they only have one fryer for non-GF food.“

“Went today for the first time since it changed ownership. I had always found it only mediocre before. Today was amazing. The server was amazing…polite, friendly, went above and beyond. Our perogies were delicious and it was the best cabbage roll I’ve ever had (apart from my own mother’s! lol and I’m very picky about cabbage rolls). It was my son’s 12th birthday and all he wanted was perogies and this did not disappoint! We will be back and spreading the word. Thank you so much ❤️“

“We love this place. Never had a bad experience yet, food AND service. Also, no music drowning out our experience. We can actually carry on a conversation without having to yell. Best restaurant ever.

“First visit in restaurant.... And it was a really love experience, especially for a grab and go style of restaurant.
The staff was SO focused, efficient and friendly. They were INCREDIBLY busy, just order after order after order... And yet they kept it together and were moving so quickly.

“Great food! The service was terrible tho..we had a 630 reservation on a Tuesday night and didn’t get food till after 8! They had two servers and a bartender on staff and it was pretty busy. They needed more staff and had us wait so long so the “kitchen wasn’t overwhelmed” we were told by the bartender! We have been regulars for a few years and may try once more but if the service is that bad again I won’t be giving them my business anymore ..the food and atmosphere are always great!“

“A very nice friendly local pub with very good hard working good hearted caring loving loyal cheerful friendly staff like Tarun and Amanda who are always glad to serve their customers at any time with big smiles on their faces and very good tasting delicious super yummy food and 100% good customer service. Live jazz music every Thursday night and Sunday night karaoke with the 1 and only Milo and the pub manager Todd looks like a member of the legendry British rock band the Beatles. Check tis pub out you will love it. Now peace out and have a good day.“
