“Finding a gluten free breakfast on the go is always difficult, but in airports it’s next to impossible. On The Fly has the most delightful gluten free spanakopitas though and I was shocked! They also have oat and almond milk for drinks and they are so kind and genuinely happy. Made for a very happy celiac :) thank you.“

“Ah Panago, my old friend! Kept me fed those lazy days when cooking or even shopping was too much of a bother. As far as chain pizza businesses are concerned, I only buy from Panago. They have a great selection and more importantly their choices lean toward the healthier side of the scale. Pizzas are delicious, flavourful, and come in several sizes including my personal favourite, personal size (just big enough for one person and a lot cheaper than small size). All in all, if you're health conscious and craving pizza, you can't go wrong with getting it from Panago.“

“The flavors were absolutely authentic and robust. The biryani was fragrant with perfectly cooked rice and prawns, and the tikka masala sauce was so good we didn't waste a drop. Portions are generous and great value for money.

Will be dining in person next time to experience the full atmosphere. 100% recommend giving this place a try!“

“I love the Atlas ! every time we’ve been the food is absolutely delicious and unique, and the staff are wonderful. Today we went and didn’t realize it was “all breakfast Sunday”. I had my heart set on clam chowder, with only breakfast food I thought it might not be for me but the waitress was so good we decided to stay and I ended up having the best breakfast Huevos rancheros , it was absolutely delicious .. and I also ordered the wrong type of wine.. well the waitress even changed in the wine for me.. really appreciated her .. thank you Atlas cafe and staff !!“

“We stopped in for lunch and the place was "jumping". Nevertheless, the friendly staff found a great table for us, and our server appeared in no time to take our orders. My wife had the mulligatawny soup, which she found delicious. I ordered the gouda and bacon burger and must say that it's without a doubt the best burger I've had in the Comox Valley. We both really enjoyed our lunch and would have no problem in recommending Rhodos Coffee & Bistro.“

“Went today for the first time since it changed ownership. I had always found it only mediocre before. Today was amazing. The server was amazing…polite, friendly, went above and beyond. Our perogies were delicious and it was the best cabbage roll I’ve ever had (apart from my own mother’s! lol and I’m very picky about cabbage rolls). It was my son’s 12th birthday and all he wanted was perogies and this did not disappoint! We will be back and spreading the word. Thank you so much ❤️“
