The food is moldy and overpriced! Peanuts should be dry but have been soaked in water.

Super fast staff. The selection is not as good as t&T's. The location is dirty and smells bad.

Great supermarket for fruits and vegetables. I find their vegetables pretty fresh compared to T&T. Their fruits can be pricey but pretty good quality. Small selection of snacks, etc but has a good selection for seasoning and dry noodles.

I used the like this store until they refused to serve me today. The reason is they are closing in 10 mins. Even though their store hour says closing at 1930, they refused to let client enter at 1920. The reason is 1930 is the time for the employees to go home. So why you post the employee off time on google instead of the actual open time? Why would I care what time your employees go home? I care more about my shopping time. I came all the way from west van to here, and gives me this experience?

It used to be a lot of selection for candies and drinks as coffee mix , but now. They have limited selection and pricey . Even TNT or H~Mart have better selection and priCe than them

Aug 2022 Dear customer service, I am long time customer and wanted to talk to one of the management today but n/a. This store has been served locals for a quite a long time but I presume your store will not last much longer based on my recent experience. This is about the third time that we found bad inedible items in the packaging that you have provided. It looks like they are well hidden in the bag almost makes me thinking it is actually hidden. Recently, I witnessed your items are not good anymore and not even match to other stores next to you. There is a reason why customers come here try hard to choose things they buy. As a cumstomer, your store lost big credit and we have lost trust. I find your store is a bit filthy along with smelly meats. We are not going to shop at your store anymore but wanted to make a fresh warning that I could see you are going downhill pretty fast. And please be nice to customers, they are not here to endure your impolite manners. Regards, Ben

New Pacific Supermarket is a great place to buy Asian groceries. They have a stall for Chinese BBQ and live fish for sale. The typical Asian snacks are also available. The store is a bit rough around the edges and could use a remodel, but overall it's a great place to shop.

A fine selection of pan-Asian food and produce. You can’t find anything like this in Coquitlam

I don’t like this store personally because they have expired produce, and some of rhe employees r rude and always think ur stealing my nephew had something in his hand and she kept eyeing him like relax we’re not running away. I gave the lady a 20$ bill and she was examining it just because there was a tiny piece of paper stuck to it and was abt to not accept it. Did I look like a scammer?

Mask mandates were lifted 2 months ago in BC. Yet this store still requires it?

A good alternative to T&T. Not as crowded but the parking is on the roof and the store is on the first floor. There is parking in front at ground level but it's $4. They always have an ad in the Tri-City news so you could see what's on sale.

Not sure why the reviews are so low, this little supermarket was excellent! They had way more selection than I had assumed from first glance. The selection of produce was cheaper than other stores and was great quality. In particular, the Chinese leafy greens (choy) seemed super fresh. In addition to your regular produce and Asian market goods they had fresh seafood, meats, Chinese BBQ, hotpot stuff, etc. I got a nice hotpot pot from here for $17.99 compared to $25+ or even more on Amazon. Checkout was quick and the lady was pleasant. I feel good supporting this local spot compared to big box stores.
