“Authentic Uighur Xinjiang cuisine. The gentleman wearing the “ doppa” hat is quiet but makes the best braised lamb in all of greater Vancouver. We ordered the lamb with nan and samsa, comes with broth and soup. He suggested the rice polo and it’s their best seller. Amazing food and service.“

There are a fair amount of options on the menu, something for anyone who likes this style of food. I've ordered donairs each time, and have enjoyed it the way they make it, and sometimes have requested it a little different without issues.

“Ok so, have been hearing a lot of about their chicken karahi, and I was not disappointed!! It was delicious, flavourful and very yummy!
It took a little while to get my food, but I know it takes a while to prepare karahi. I would recommend that you order before hand and pick up. The place was full and people were waiting in their cars for pick ups, which always tells you about a restaurant!
