“Overall it’s good. Beef cooked to perfection! But the preserved veges I must say.. it’s tasted so so off.
Tasted like er.. and not the one I tasted before in Taiwan. Hopefully the make changes to the preserved veges cause anything touched it.. tasted.. like “ewww”..

“Fairly large portion for the price. Lots of savoury tender pieces of lamb generously seasoned with cumin spice and a hint of chili heat. The onions and scallions were fresh and fragrant. I waited about 15-16 mins for the food, which seemed a bit slow for a food court but I didn’t mind knowing it was made to order as everything was fresh and hot when I picked it up. You can choose to eat in the food court (plenty of seating) or take away. This Taiwanese food stall seemed pretty busy with the most popular item being the Taiwanese crispy fried chicken nuggets…I think I might try that next time I’m in the Henderson Ctr mall.“

“Wow! The food here is delicious and the portions are generous. Would recommend going with the combo upgrade as it gives you rice and sides which are diverse. I received some Taiwanese sausage, seaweed salad, wood ear salad, tamago egg, spring roll, greens, and rice with my sweet and sour pork combo and each item was bursting with flavour and tasty. The sweet and sour pork was saucy with pineapple and bell peppers and the portion was quite generous.

The Taiwanese chicken nuggets were authentic and tasted just like getting them in Taiwan with the flavour of fragrant spices. The milky hot pot was creamy with lots of vegetables and ingredients.

Love how the menu is so diverse with so many options to choose from to match your mood. They have bubble tea, smoothies, noodle soups, hot pot, rice dishes, fried snacks, and more! Service is basic and the washrooms could be fresher and cleaner though.“

“I won't tell you to have their bubble waffle because it's just there to grab your eyeballs. Their real speciality is the braised pork or beef on rice or noodles. The flavour will punch you in the mouth until all your teeth fall out. But don't worry: the meat is so tender, you don't even need to chew.“

However, I ordered Kung Pao combo for takeout. I got home and was disappointed with the amount of food for $21.something. So, I returned to the establishment and expressed my concern. I was told that it looks like a smaller amount because they changed containers. Bull duty!
Yeah, they changed containers, however, they started serving smaller amounts in those larger containers.

“Very kind staff. Friendly. Best bubble-tea taro ice-cream slush with pearls in all of Surrey! I tried their Taiwanese dishes this time, which was fairly good 👍
Only dislike is how noisy it gets with their blenders when making drinks. (A possible solution that I use to quieten the noise is by draping a dishtowel or cloth over it while crushing the ice etcetera).“
