I ordered a dozen cupcakes for my daughter's 16th birthday. The cupcakes came in a window box but there was no insert in the box to hold the cupcakes in place. My oldest daughter went to pick them up and drove home with them as carefully as she could but most of them fell over and some were ruined beyond repair. I was able to save about 8 of them.
