Standing here waiting over 5 mins and still waiting for ONE medium coffee 1/2 cream and sugar. This happens every time - they have the location as near my house otherwise would go elsewhere. So inefficient - have more people making coffee instead of standing around doing other stuff. Sadly I guess they have us captive on location. Would try a different coffee shop if this continues. And still waiting…..
