Wendy's in Coquitlam

“Restaurant in a commercial setting, next to a Tim Hortons franchise. Have done in & drive thru. Service is friendly and feeling comfortable. Been there a number of times. Very good Baked Potatoes, sometimes this item is not available due to too many customers ordering these items. The chilli dish is very good too.. I like this very much. Combined with Baked Potatoes with sour cream, this makes a very healthy meal experience. Good restaurant, will return.“

“Update: I was so annoyed with the lack of service on my previous visit, I wrote that I'd never go back; but it was a warm day, I was feeling under-the-weather, so I canned in and ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich and a chocolate frosty. This time, the food was prepared as ordered, so I was a happier customer. My previous experience at this location still rankles, so I'll leave that review up! To whit:
I used the Wendy's app to order a few minutes ahead of time, but, after 10 min of waiting, the person at the counter informed me they were still awaiting my order.
I tried to log in to the app again to show it to them, but the app went out of service.
After finding the transaction on my banking app, another worker corrected the first worker and confirmed my order was received, but that it was taking time to bake the potato in my order.
I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to finish cooking my baked potato, at which point, when I bit into my burger, it was cold.
Even the new burger they gave me was merely warm.
When I asked for some sort of coupon for their mess-up, they told me they don't have any, then proceeded to talk amongst themselves in Punjabi about my request without anyone-such as a manager-taking charge by addressing me directly about it.
I'll never go back.“
