This is a hidden gem. Very reasonably priced, extremely flavoursome broth and rice noodles have a great texture. You have to get past the lack of service. They're not rude but just not the typical Canadian restaurant follow up so may be a bit confusing and tough to get service if you're not used to this. To be honest I prefer that. It's never really busy so always able to get food fast and never have to wait.
They specialize in certain types of specific Chinese noodles and other dishes not the stuff I'm used too.
I met the cook too. Nice honest, hardworking and smart people working for this place. Not so sure about how the owners treat their staff though... Without getting anyone in troubl at work, there was some minor cause for concern. Still, check it out yourself as everyth g else was acceptable or even excellent at fair prices and I'm TBH a bit nosier...

The soup of the beef brisket rice noodle was delicous! It was better than the soup in my beef cross bridge rice noodles. So jealous!!
The Chinese aunties with us kept commenting that the cross noodle soup base was tasty and the dish tasted authentic. They haven't had anything close to this inside the Metro Vancouver area. If anyone has good recommendations for other tasty cross bridge noodles, please let me know so I can take them there to try 🙏!
