Its just the simple things right that need no explanation. Value, Quality, Portion Size of all things. Wendy's is also someone that gets it right. We are willing to pay for fresh quality and of course quantity. Most importantly what you did right the most today was providing a receipt. Im sure if I was to just clone a list and dropship items and sell other companies inventory I don't deserve to be in business but we have become a culture that does just that.
