Tin Town Cafe Reviews
delicious food, lovely people
Disgusting place, employees were loud and obnoxious, food was cold / lukewarm. Awful management that wasn't helpful at all when we tried to get better service. Stay away from this hellhole.

Tin Town Cafe offers a wide selection of honey groves breads and pastries, perfect for organic food lovers. The cafe is known for its superb coffee, tasty treats, and warm service. It is family-owned and has a charming atmosphere that makes it a favorite in the Comox Valley. Customers enjoy the smooth and flavorful lattes, perfectly crisp croissants, and tasty berry muffins. The cafe also doubles as a local art gallery, showcasing handmade pieces by local artists, including ceramics, books, and other creative items, which adds to its inviting vibe. Visitors often spend time exploring all the art and unique items for sale, and many appreciate the friendly staff who promote local artists passionately. While the cafe may not be suitable for very active children, there is a designated area for kids to play, making it more family-friendly. It is an ideal spot for a relaxed and inspiring morning coffee stop, with healthy options available to cater to dietary restrictions, including gluten-free sandwiches and desserts. Note that there are no power outlets inside, and laptops are not allowed from 10 am to 2 pm, encouraging a more leisurely experience. Overall, Tin Town Cafe remains a charming place to unwind, enjoy excellent coffee, and appreciate local art.
