Today I was at McDonald's with my INS worker and my son .. both my Son and worker asked for table service which means their order would be brought to them .. however that is not what happened .. instead they were called up to pick up their order .. if you say you'll give your customers table service than actually do what you say you will .. we felt lied to by the worker at McDonald's.. not impressed at all

The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, meeting McDonald's standards. It has a play area for children and a good atmosphere, though service depends on the mood of the cashier. The staff can be friendly, but some workers are snarky and rude, especially at the drive-thru. Management is excellent, but frontline service is meh, with frequent errors. Prices have gone up, portions have gone down, and there’s a $0.25 charge for a bag. Despite this, McDonald's remains a decent pit stop for travelers, and kids love it. Wheelchair accessibility is easy.
