“Food was really good, we had the yorkshire pudding to start and got 4 instead of three. I’d recommend sticking with the three it comes with because one was hot and three were cold. For mains we had fish and chips and chicken caesar wrap. Drinks were Nats lager (spot size of course) and a red sangria and rose sangria. Definitely try the sangrias. Server was nice and provided good service even when busy. Overall great experience.“

“Anny’s Dairy Bar is the best place to try amazing poutine and smoked meat sandwich without going to Montreal. Actually, I think it’s better than a lot of places we tried in Montreal. We shared the smoked meat sandwich and regular-sized poutine and it was the right amount of food for two people. The cheese curds in the poutine was delightfully squeaky, the gravy was deliciously viscous and the fries were nicely crispy. I’m slightly more partial to the smoked meat sandwich, which used soft bread and the most tender meat, pairing nicely with the pickle. Don’t sleep on the maple ice cream - it’s so good.“

“We are at least a 10-member group from Sacred Heart Church in Ladner, BC. We celebrate each member's birthday throughout the year. Our favorite restaurant is the White Spot in Tsawwassen. This restaurant has the best hamburger with the best sauce ever. It is so delicious and tasty that supersedes the hamburgers of other fast food restaurants. Everything that we order has always been fresh especially the veggie salads. Jas Sarai, the kitchen manager, takes time to say hello to our group whenever we eat there. She asks for our feedback on the food served to us. We note that all the waitresses/waiters who have served us are all friendly, patient and attentive to our needs and, in gratitude, we tend to give really good tips to them. The restaurant atmosphere is really nice, pleasant and alive. Whenever we are there celebrating a birthday, the whole staff would sing Happy Birthday and give a special dessert to the celebrant. This special act really makes a difference to anyone celebrating his/her birthday. We look forward to celebrating two separate birthdays on May 4, 2026 and May 8, 2026 at White Spot Restaurant. White Spot has always lived up to its expectations as the best family restaurant in the Ladner-Tsawwassen area. We encourage all readers to celebrate their birthdays at White Spot Tsawwassen and have a good time. “New York Fries remains one of the few dependable residents of the food court, which is no small achievement in a place where lunch often feels like a hostage negotiation with fluorescent lighting.

The fries are still properly crisp, satisfying, and reassuringly familiar. More importantly, the quality has held up over the years, a rare act of discipline in the modern food business.

Also worth noting: the card machine does not ask for tips. One may buy fries without being emotionally blackmailed by a screen. Civilisation, apparently, is not entirely dead.“

“This popular Hunan restaurant is a bit out of the way and leans toward northern Chinese flavors. The four of us ordered four dishes, with an average cost of around 40 RMB per person. One standout is the fried dough sticks (youtiao), which are presented in a unique way—hung up like slabs of pork. If you can’t handle spicy food, don’t try to push your limits here. The service is quite slow—very, very slow—which likely means the dishes are freshly made rather than pre-cooked. There’s no parking right at the entrance, so you’ll need to find a spot in the mall or park at Walmart nearby.“

“It’s 2:30 and I brought my daughter here on a Saturday. The service and communication from Ash, was far and beyond good. It deserves 100 stars. I will definitely bring my daughter and others back here again. We need to clone this guys service and bring it everywhere.“

“We loved our stay at this hotel! It was very clean, comfortable, and the free airport shuttle service was extremely convenient.

I especially want to recognize Alfredo at the front desk. After I checked out, I realized I had left my reading glasses in the room. I called the reception, and Alfredo was kind enough to go up to the room, retrieve them, and give them to the shuttle driver so I could pick them up at the airport. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly impressed me.

Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. We need more people like Alfredo! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.“
