Amazing food. Utterly slow service. I ordered gobhi paranthe which was $15 on menu and the bill said $17. I asked about the discrepancy and was told that it is because of the temporary increase in price of raw materials and they did not want to change it in the menu. Though, I paid the amount mentioned in the menu. But, the business is not transparent.
I felt like I was transported to India eating here. Everything was delicious. I live in dt Vancouver but I’ll come back to surrey just to eat here.
Best place to eat parathas in town. Service is little slow but its fine. Not big menu like other restaurants, but worth it. Ambience is also nice with big truck on the side.

Jagga Sweets - Home of Indian Vegetarian Cuisine offers a nice ambiance, friendly staff, and delicious vegetarian options. Guests are encouraged to try their highly-recommended mooli paranthas, which are known for their filling stuffing. The chana bhatura and aloo paratha are also popular, although some guests have noted that the chole can be bland and the accompanying pickles might be sweeter than expected. Despite some critiques, many customers love the food and describe it as finger-licking good. The masala tea and salted lassi provide a refreshing touch to the hearty meals, making it a great spot for family gatherings. Harpreet and the team are appreciated for their great customer service, friendliness, and for always making guests feel welcome.
