“I’ve purchased at least 7 cakes from One Cake, and it’s definitely my go to cake shop. My personal favourite flavour is the matcha red bean. The cakes are always so pretty and aesthetic, and I really appreciate that they’re not overly sweet.

I’ve had 1–2 occasions where the front of house staff came across as a bit rude, but most of the time they’re friendly and helpful. Overall, I keep coming back because the cakes are consistently delicious and beautifully made“

“Super tasty. I was so so so surprised when i tried their macha cheese cake. I never write comment for any cafe and this is my first time. They definitely deserve my first time comment. Unforgettable. Strongly recommend if you love macha or you dont like cake to be too sweet“

“I got the hojicha latte with oat milk and half sweet and an egg tart. It was pretty good, the hojicha flavor was there and nice but I like it to be a strong roasty flavor. The egg tart was yummy, custardy and crispy. I got it warmed up but it wasn't warm all the way in the center, it was still good though.

I went in the afternoon and they had a limited selection of pastries so I suggest going earlier for more selection of croissants, cheesecake and pastries. Staff are nice. They have open seating with big windows, nice space and atmosphere“

“It was almost closing time and cakes were only limited. I wanted to buy a mango cake for my daughter’s birthday but there’s no mango cake at the time. Owner made us for a mango cake just in 10 minutes and it was really yummy and good portion for my daughter. Thank you so much for everything!“

“After going to the Vancouver Art Gallery, I saw the Faubourg Cafe across the street. When I went inside I was surprised at how cute and cozy it was. I absolutely loved the decor especially the chandeliers. If you are ever downtown please go there and try the peach croissant. You won’t be disappointed. 🥐“
