The Duncan location has made major customer service improvements. The staff is ever-so-friendly.
Every child in the restaurant was given a candy sucker.
There was a special needs customer who complained over the ice-coated glass mugs, and they cleaned it for her without any hassle or trouble.
I just want to highlight the staff on this particular visit. They seem to be doing well after this pandemic.
