It's a tiny bakery, a welcoming, traditional style bakery, sort of a hole in the wall with delicious stuff to tickle your taste buds. They offer a few vegan treats and bread loaves. Customers love their Hummingbird muffin, chocolate croissant, cinnamon buns, squares, and cookies, including a peanut butter cookie sandwich. Cakes are full of delicious flavour. Super friendly people who love baking. A visit to Gibsons isn’t complete without a stop at Sandy’s.
