Just until...I am very sorry to give this place 4 stars. The food was one of the best that I had. Ambiance was inspiring, and the service was decent!Our experience was outstanding, just until we were imposed to pay 20% tips just because we were 2 families. I understand that large group tipping has always been set. However, that is more of a case when everyone in a party gives different orders, asks for separate bills, etc. I have worked as a chef, a restaurant manager, and a restretaur for years. We were two families, 8 guests in total. I don't think I will be back. And even if we do come back, I will leave one inch space between our tables!!!20% mandatory gratuity, I still can't believe it!

I love this place. Servers are sweet and food is delicious. I am willing to drive all the way down from Halfmoon Bay just for their bennies. Oatmilk lattes are solid. Always willing to take a party of one and seat me at the bar, which is nice!

Had the breakfast poutine and it was a revelation!Just the place when you’re hungry for breakfast and not sure where to eat. Portions are hearty so you won’t leave hungry.
