Tim Hortons offers a familiar menu with classic items found across Canada. Their coffee is consistently solid, and their donuts are a standout, with a variety of flavors and kinds available. The 'Birthday Cake' flavor remains a particular favorite. Customers can find a quick bite and a sweet treat at this reliable spot. The club sandwich and crispy chicken sandwich are good options, while the wrap and potato wedges have received mixed reviews. The coffee and muffins or donuts are generally well-liked. While the food may not be gourmet, it can satisfy cravings for a fast and affordable meal. Recent customers have praised the service, especially from Kim, who took orders at the drive-thru. She was clear, kind, and made the ordering process easy and efficient. Customers appreciated her polite and accommodating nature, noting that she addressed customizations with care. Her excellent service has left a positive impression on visitors, making their experience even better.
Inside, the restaurant could use a renovation or deep cleaning, as some customers found it dirty, with dirty tables and chairs, and dirty windows. It is located right off the highway, making it very busy, especially during tourist seasons. There is no dedicated customer parking while waiting for orders, so many parking in the long line during busy times. The staff, including friendly Filipino workers at the window, are polite and go out of their way to help. The location on the northwestern end of Golden is a fairly new shop beside a gas station, with parking outside and overflow areas. During busy times, the line can take about 15 minutes even just to get in the drive-thru. Customers often stop here for their coffee and Timbits, which are considered a gamechanger, especially the sprinkles and glazed donuts. Overall, a small box of Timbits and a coffee costs around $5 CAD, and if willing to wait, customers can enjoy their caffeine fix with good service.
