My brother in law wanted to take his mother out for an enjoyable Mother's Day gift and we decided to come by Mary Browns quickly to grab a Marys Big Bite, Mary's Mashup, Two Spicy Mini Mary's and Biscuit which only came to twenty five dollars but we were told it would take twenty minutes for a small order which we expected was because of the busy time.

After twenty minutes people had come in to order after us and still got their food first. So my brother in laws mother went up to see when our food would be ready and mentioned it would be twenty minutes maximum but it had been well over twenty minutes.

This front desk customer service employee was extremely unprofessional and rude to her, saying they were working on it right now.

After being short with her, I went up to ask for the manager to which I was replied to that there was no manager on site. Then I decided to leave this review.

“Totally we had a positive experience here. From staff that she was nice and helpful and dinings that was nice and bright. Food served hot and delicious. The only minor issue was lacking of plate for serving food. There was accessible parking and entrance available too.“
