About Abbott St. Cafe

The Abbott St. Cafe is a lovely little cafe located right across from the beach and close to the BC Cancer Center. The coffee is outstanding, and the treat variety and quality is good, making it a great spot to grab a cup on your way to the hospital or for a quiet walk on the beach. The atmosphere is unbeatable, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, including upstairs and on the patio. They offer homemade soup, yummy treats like apple fritters and almond/chocolate croissants, and even have a pharmacy in the building. For those who don't want coffee, they also serve out-of-this-world hot chocolate. The cafe is a popular spot for bikers and offers some vegan options as well. The cafe has fantastic variety of sandwiches and salads, and savory scones are to die for. They also have gelato and espresso, with the flat white being excellent. The service is great, and the owners and staff are awesome, happy and efficient. This location is neighbors with Kelowna General Hospital and across the street from popular Strathcona Beach. It is wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. The cafe has amazing staff and coffee! It’s in a beautiful location and is run by incredible owners! Everything is kept super clean and neat! Everyone should support this business. This is a peaceful and inviting spot to enjoy a delicious coffee while you wait for your doctor's appointment. Perfect for a moment of relaxation and refreshment! Yummy Gio bean coffee, tasty deserts and a magical view of Lake Okanagan. A cozy spot to enjoy a baked treat and a coffee. There is an outdoor patio as well as an upper seating area. Nice place. Great location with the lake view. Lots of parking options. Visited several times and every time found warm welcome with generous smile.
