“My car broke down yesterday and we managed to get it parked in their lot. We wanted lunch anyway and we needed to call a tow so we went in. we got fantastic service. and the fish and chips was excellent.They took such good care of us..was an awesome experience. Thanks guys and gals!!!!“

“Disappointed to learn that they dont offer their gluten free options for pancakes and waffles. Apparently its been a month and it still shows on the website they offer it.
They still have a few options but not like advertised when you search gluten free.“

The whimsical theme really brought the whole experience to life, making it feel like we had stepped right down the rabbit hole. “Snow Shoe Sam's is a fantastic place to dine while at Big White Ski Resort. It is a lively venue, especially in the evenings, yet the service remains impressively fast and efficient.
We enjoyed the smash burgers, wings, and truffle fries — all of which were outstanding and highly recommended. The quality of the food truly stands out.
Monday pool nights are particularly busy, but they create a fun and energetic atmosphere that adds to the experience.
