What a crap hole of a place here in Kelowna! So shoddy looking and super rundown and major old. The owners care zero on the cleanliness and terrible look and feel of the place! Why does anyone in their right mind support this crap hole! Only idiots who do not care are who! How clean is that kitchen if the rest of the restaurant looks so darn awful and disgusting!
ordered 2 whoppers with cheese one with medium fries the other with a poutine, TERRIBLE MEAL - meat patty in both burgers was ice cold cheese obviously didn't melt because of the lack of heat from the patty - no grill marks even on the patty.
Phoned to complain but because we paid cash nothing could be done because they didn't attach our receipt to the bag.
Typically Burger King is good quality but this locations sucks and on more than one occasion.
