Fast service good staff
I usually wouldn’t review a Starbucks but this one is run like a well oiled machine and the manager (?) KJ is killing it. Best customer service we have had at a coffee shop! She helped recommend a customised drink, double checked everything, and was so friendly and also nice to fellow baristas. Lifted our spirits after a long and stressful day.

Some customers waited over 10 minutes for their drink while many others also waited, and it was felt that a staff member changing garbages could have helped with the large sum of orders to improve time efficiency. A negative incident involved a manager who was reportedly demeaning and talking very rude to a staff member in front of customers, causing the staff member to look very distressed. This led to a complaint about the level of disrespect. Despite this, one regular visitor finds the service satisfactory and fast compared to other Starbucks outlets.
