“We enjoyed the food. Service was good. However there were 2 guys playing and singing so it made it very difficult to talk. In fact every table was shouting to talk which made the noise level even worse. They need an area where we can eat and not have to hear musicians. I will go back for food but not for music.“

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day. “VERY SKIMPY ON NAPKINS. HAVE TO ASK WHEN ORDERING FOOD FOR NAPKINS AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU NOT ENOUGH TO CLEAN WHEN EATING A SLOPPY BURGER . MAYBE MANAGEMENT CAN LOOK AT THIS ISSUE---I AM THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK....OTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS HAVE NAPKINS AT THE TABLES.“
