A special shoutout to Sandeep, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was patient, gave great recommendations, and made the whole visit so pleasant. “This ice cream is hands down the best!!! We tried the one in Kelowna and ended up going back every day because it was so good! Honestly every flavor was a hit, even VANILLA. Not a vanilla person but their vanilla is so so good! Now we are back in Alberta and discovered that there is a location in Calgary JACKPOT just drove 2 hours to get ice cream because it is that good! Favourite flavors: Lavender, Pistachio, Ube, and Tiramisu. You will not regret it!“

I generally get the lite "strawberry and banana" drink because I don't want any extra added sugar and it's always very tasty. The staff have always seemed friendly and helpful. I like this particular Orange Julius location and I recommend it.“

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day.
