Two of us were there on Friday June 12, 2026. I had the prime rib special. My partner had the beef steak sandwich. Our Okanagan wines on offer were great. The food was prepared nicely and it was delicious. The view was lovely.
The issue we had was when our server brought over our two red wines. She brought the empty wine glasses along with two single-serving carafes, each filled with red wine.
I’m not sure what she was thinking when she poured my wife’s wine and spilled it from the bottom of the carafe, onto my wife’s skirt. We tried to alert her but it was too late. Okay. A mistake was made. Get us a damp cloth and we will address the mess.
But…. before she left to get a cloth she decided to pour my wine as well and did so in such a careless splashing manner that it spilt on me and my chair. OMG! I was sure we were being punked!!!!
She then left to get us a cloth or something…
We have no idea why she felt it necessary to carelessly and so quickly, dump the entire contents of the carafe into our glasses right away, instead of just providing us a half glass and leave the rest in each carafe for a bit later.
When she came back she had a few paper napkins and a some wet wipes for us. She never did ask if the skirt was stained or not. There appeared to be a definite lack of accountability. It felt like we were just supposed to accept it as something that happens when one dines out. When she brought the bill she still never checked on my wife. 🤦♂
I won’t mention her name but I think she needs further training regarding wine service as well as customer service.

We took in the Easter brunch and were delighted by the kind and caring staff. Fantastic selection, gorgeous views and just a pleasurable experience. It is hard to find this service in Canada anymore. Certainly not the big cities. Keep it up!

While we would have preferred to sit outside on the lovely deck, by the burbling water, it was too cold. The server moved us inside and put us in the lounge, by ourselves, right next to the fire. It was glorious. My companion had the Prime Rib Hash and she was disappointed that the eggs were overdone, but also said the dish was excellent. The Hollandaise sauce wasn't zingy enough, but that's a personal preference. I had Peach Melba French Toast and it was simply yum. The peaches were grilled, the raspberry coulis generous, and the whipped cream was spiced. So good. The service was perfect, as always, and our lunch enjoyable.
Good food, great service as always, in a beautiful setting. Management and servers are ever kind, thoughtful and professional. It's always a wonderful experience to dine at Mass's Grill. Thank You!
Excellent service and food! Beautiful scenery with nicely manicured gardens and flowers and water feature!
As picture perfect as it gets, phenomenal food, and if there was room for more stars for service they would deserve it.

The food was very good, the view from the windows was fantastic, the service was excellent.
Wonderful view from the veranda. Food was excellent, great fries and the sandwich was fresh and tasty.
My husband had the prime rib dip and I had the masa noodle salad. They were both very flavourful with generous portions . We shared a piece of lemon cheese cake for desert. It was a lovely evening g on the patio.
Prime rib was delicious! Needed to order gravy for the yorkshire, it was cold and tough.

Went to Masa Grill last night. Booked reservation weeks ago requesting a table outside. Arrived and saw a reserved spot facing west and was informed it was not ours. We were placed at the side of the building instead. They had to find another seat since there was only 3 at the table. Server was pleasant and friendly. It was prime rib Friday but we were informed they had run out of yorkshire pudding. I thought the yorkshire was part of the experience so how could they run out of it. Meal came with a small piece of garlic bread instead. My wifes seafood pasta had virtually no sauce. Very dry and she did not finish it. It was unusually cool last night and we asked to have the patio heater turned on many times never happened even though they said they had done it. Also what's the point of asking about special occasions during the reservation process when they don't even mention it. It was both couples anniversaries that night. Overall a soso night with mediocre food. We have been there in the past many times with great experiences. Hopefully this was just an off night for them.
The menu selection was limited but superb. The wine list was varied and catered to the preferences of all. The outdoor dining experience left little to be desired. My out of country guest was delighted.
Great views to the lake and the city. The server girls were wonderful. The decks offer the best views in Kelowna
Both of the women at our table ordered the Masa Bowl. Both woman found it tasteless and only ate a couple of spoonfuls. Both women informed the waiter that they did not enjoy their meal. The waiter initially removed the charge for one on the meals but not both. After further discussion with the waiter both women were not charged for their meal.
Masa's Grill never disappoints. The food is always excellent and the prime Rin in my open is the best in all of BC. Service is personable and every patron is made to feel special. Good job to all the chefs and staff. They are a true team.
