Starbucks in Kelowna

“The lower rating is due to a timing issue. I ordered ahead on the app (got a free Venti Iced Chai Latte because it was my birthday. Nice!) I then spent over 10 minutes sitting in my car beside the speaker with 3 cars ahead of me and 2 behind me.
Not a word came from the speaker, even though I was occasionally talking to it. We all just sat there. No movement at the window either.
Then a group of about 6 high schoolers walked out with drinks and I realized what time it was... school just got out. It must have been packed inside.
I was supposed to be able to pick up my drink a 3:26 pm. It wasn't in my hand until 3:47 pm. I wasn't in any rush, and thank goodness I had AC in my car in the 34° heat but someone should have said something, anything over the speaker or they should have had someone run out from the store to let those of us, in the drive-thru, know what was going on.
I dont know who the team lead or manager was but do better.“

“My daughter came in for her free birthday drink. All the baristas where SO FRIENDLY and they made her drink super special. Thank-you for making her day. They even put a kind message of You're Beautiful on it. Thank-you keep up the good work 😁🫂👏🏾🙏🏾✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️😁“

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Starbucks with better seating options as this one! Standard tables, bar seating, high-top table & chairs, soft lounge chairs, long tables for groups, patio seating, etc. If this the wave of the future for Starbucks, that’s great. Service was excellent, and staff super friendly (even at 6:35 AM 🥱). Very nice cafe 👍“

“I would like to appreciate the service of the baristas/manager name “Paola” and “abby” the order was wrong but she made a new one for me. Its a great morning to have this kind of service thanks “Paola”, I really recommend this place “dilworth Plaza“

“5 stars only for the supervisor on shift today! Couldn’t get her name but she was so sweet and helpful to make a small customization for my drink while the drive thru lady started almost yelling at me for an extra small splash of milk in my coffee. Some people need to learn how to not ruin someone’s day over a petty thing. I hope to find the supervisor again on my next visit to get her name! You rock!“

“I came in just after a massage, maybe it’s because I was super relaxed and happy, but the barista was so fricken sweet, I had no idea what I wanted, just knew I was thirsty, and she picked something out for me very happily and customized it herself. She even wrote enjoy!❤︎ on the cup. Made my day and I hope she has a great day. This women deserves and employee of the month award. Seriously so sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she was in at 1:45 pm/monday May 5th.“

“I adore the staff at this Starbucks kiosk. They are the sweetest employees ever!! Very friendly and always welcome a chat while making drinks. They're very knowledgeable and patient, and the drinks not only taste good, but stay consistent every time I order. After being a frequent customer for so long, I always look forward to saying hello to them when I go shopping.“

“This is my go-to Starbucks location as it is right beside my work; I have never had a reason to say anything negative about this spot! My drink is always made correctly, is always hot, and the odd time I get a snack, it is exactly how it should be. The team there has been nothing but kind during all of my visits :)“

“I was in the drive thru and the lady in front of me started screaming at the employee, because she didn't want to pay for adding a shot of espresso, which she said was just water. CJ handled the complaint very well and stayed calm and professional, while this lady screamed and swore at him repeatedly. I go to this location lots and they always have been very friendly and food and drinks have always been prepared correctly OR they will always fix their mistakes if there is one.“

“It's a well maintained Starbucks. There was a younger guy there who was listening to my order as I was asking the cashier about it (kinda a custom item, they dont specifically have the pecan crunch as a frap, but he made it). By the time I had paid and turned around he had this drink made for me already. Fantastic service. Definitely recommend this Starbucks over most others I've been to.“

“Wonderful staff. They're always very chatty, cheerful, and professional. They'll remember your name and order and make you feel special. I don't go to Starbucks that much, but will start going more often solely because of their excellent customer service.Special shout out to the manager who's made my experience super special so far.“

“I love that this Starbucks is my daily stop. They are so polite and friendly, always saying hi when you come in. Specifically, one of the sweet baristas named Angela greets me by name and knows that I like a stopper on my coffee so it’s always there waiting. She is an absolute queen. It seems like a lovely group of people who really take pride job. Thanks guys!“

“We are from out of town. Girl at counter recognized that. She had a great convo about she's from that area we are from. She wished us a great trip, and this made for a great atmosphere and a great start to our morning

Dietary restrictions: Low sugar sweetener. Since becoming diabetic I've given up sugar and coffee. Once in a blue moon. When the wife wants coffees. I'm glad there's options for myself to treat myself and still live a bit of normality. Without spiking my sugars so much“

“Came in today before heading to Vancouver, ordered the wrong coffee (iced instead of hot… and these Kelowna mornings are getting quite chilly)… Antonette noticed us humming and hawwing about our mix up and came to see what was up, next thing we know she’s making us a hot coffee! Thank you so much! We appreciate you 1) for noticing us 2) going above and beyond!“

“Starbucks typically doesn’t serve coffee with creamer/sugar in it (it’s self serve off to the side). I have a broken leg and Rylan asked how I take my coffee and helped me out. Just appreciate the extra mindfulness in such a busy environment.“
