Subway in Kelowna

“We came for my son's birthday unannounced and they were incredible on their speed and service for 6 teenagers. The manager came over to check to see if everyone was enjoying their meal. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend coming to this specific location 😀“

“I have been to a few subways here in Kelowna and West Kelowna....was already to give up on hope BUT FINALLY A GOOD SUBWAY, a subway where the cookies are actually fresh tasting!! “I stopped in to this Subway on my way home to try the viral footlong nachos. The nachos had great value for what they were and they satisfied my craving for nachos while likely saving me 1000's of calories compared to if I would have made some at home.

However, it was the outstanding service that I received to where I would go back again just to support a business in my local community and to support the employees that work there.

I want to give a shoutout to your team Raman, Khushmeet, and Jagmeet. I was greeted by Khushmeet and he took a genuine interest in me and how my day was going and he also went out of his way to let me know if I needed anything else as I was eating inside. Jagmeet, made my nachos - she was efficient and she was enjoyable to chat with especially since she was witty and funny. Raman, was on break eating but she still engaged with me to ask me how my day was going and after chatting with her some, I found out that she is highly motivated and even has a degree in Global Asset Management so she's a smart cookie as well!

“This subway was the closest one to me that was open, as the one closest closes early on Mondays.

I saw the reviews and didn't let it bias my decision of going here and I'm glad it didn't! The staff member working was very kind and quick to make my order. I assume a lot of the time people order for pickup as opposed to ordering in so maybe this is a different type of experience, but I had no issues at all. She was very kind, worked fast & tentative to my order.

“I came here in September 2023. I just finished a domestic trip across Canada, and my flight landed 30 minutes early. My dad wasn't at the airport yet so I stopped to get lunch. Place was clean and quiet. My sandwich was made to my liking. I will come here again if I have to wait to be picked up again after a flight.“
