“Simran was an amazing sandwich artist & was very friendly. My boyfriend & I get 12 inches but we split them in half, making both of our sides differently. One toasted, one not; One with all 3 types of the meat, one with only one type of meat; Both have different veggies, sauces, seasoning. & she made both of them separately perfect. Shes a very good listener, was very welcoming & made our meal delicious without any issues or complaints on either end. Not only her either but everytime I’ve been to this specific Subway location, I always have a good meal and the servers are welcoming & friendly“
“Excellent customer service. I mentioned that I have celiac disease and usually can’t safely eat at places like Subway due to cross contamination concerns. Without me even asking, the staff then started to fully clean down the prep area, change gloves, and wash the knife so they could safely make my sandwich.
I was honestly really impressed by how kind, professional, and accommodating they were. Especially because I’ve had the complete opposite experience at another Subway location in a different town, where I was laughed at and told to go find food elsewhere when I asked about cleaning for celiac.
This team made me feel respected and included instead of like an inconvenience. It genuinely meant a lot. Thank you for going above and beyond.“
