Subway in Kelowna

“I usually come into Subway on Sunday evenings and Lyn always gives amazing customer service. She's super friendly, works fast, and my sandwich is always consistent and made perfectly every time. Even when she's working alone and there's a lineup, she handles everything efficiently without making customer wait too long. The store is also always clean and organized whenever I come in. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a Subway location!“

“My favourite subway to visit! Employees, always really nice, Veggies always fresh, and atmosphere is nice because it’s always clean. Jason is one of the employees and he’s always the best, He is always nice and a person you can talk to while waiting for a sandwich.“

“I have been to a few subways here in Kelowna and West Kelowna....was already to give up on hope BUT FINALLY A GOOD SUBWAY, a subway where the cookies are actually fresh tasting!! My double meat was actually properly portioned, and everything tasted fresh. Thank you to the 6:45 pm sweet female staff member on shift. Great service.“

“Arch made an awesome sandwich. Everything was put together neatly, the ingredients were evenly distributed, and it tasted fresh. You could tell they took the time to make it properly instead of rushing. Great service and a great sandwich—I'd definitely be happy to have Arch make my order again!“

“I came here in September 2023. I just finished a domestic trip across Canada, and my flight landed 30 minutes early. My dad wasn't at the airport yet so I stopped to get lunch. Place was clean and quiet. My sandwich was made to my liking. I will come here again if I have to wait to be picked up again after a flight.“

“I had a great experience at Subway. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and prepared my order with care. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and efficient. The sandwich was fresh, tasty, and made exactly the way I wanted. Thank you to the team for the excellent service—I look forward to visiting again!“

“I had a great experience at Subway! The server, Ankush, was super friendly and welcoming. He took the time to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, paying attention to every detail. His positive attitude and customer service really stood out and made the visit so much better. The food was fresh and delicious, but the service from Ankush was what really made the difference.“

“I recently visited the Subway location and was thoroughly impressed. The service was friendly, fast, and efficient. My sub was made to perfection – fresh, delicious, and packed with a generous amount of toppings. It's great to see such attention to detail and quality. I'll definitely be coming back!“

“The workers working on dec 7th around 5 pm were amazing,
Especially this young lady which i believe was called Manu, she is professional, helpfull, and all that a person working in her position should be,
Definitely they should be given a raise 👌“

“Vegetarian options: It is subway...you can always just get veggie sandwich!!

Parking: Mall parking lot

Kid-friendliness: Food court in orchard mall..kids everywhere

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance to the mall and food court is wheelchair friendly ...“

“Love subway and what I have to say is I was here June 17th and there was one young lady all by herself working which was unfair to her In a restaurant that also has a drive through. She did a fantastic job of juggling a full restaurant as well as people at the drive through. She was a rockstar and I think it's ridiculous she had the workload she dealt with. This location is lucky to have her.“
