“When I first moved to Kelowna and was living at the Manteo, I survived on Bai Tong takeout and room service. After all these years, this family-run restaurant is still serving up the same great food and it always comes with a warm smile“

“Zabb Thai is our go to restaurant in Kelowna. Excellent food and service. The Drunken chicken noodles and Black Pepper beef with a side of rice are our favourites. There’s usually a steady stream of people coming in to pick up take out but we’ve always eaten in.“

“I asked for spicy, and they delivered!
Thankfully the chef speaks Thai so I was able to specify exactly what I wanted.
I got two dishes, and asked for them to be very spicy. 🌶️ they did use a lot more dried chillies which doesn't enhance the flavour as much as fresh. Also I asked for no pineapple in the fried rice, but they did it anyways so I am dropping a star for that. Otherwise, I was very happy with the food!
The fried egg was crispy just the way it should be. The green curry was thick and full of veggies which is the way it should be! Not soupy or bland. The menu is a little smaller than I'd like, basically cuz I'm greedy and wish I had access to more of my favourite foods, but they serve all the basics and they do it well!
The curry was so spicy (+5 was written on the top) that I was crying and had to blow my nose. I haven't been able to find spicy of that level for a very, very long time. Well done! Definitely will go back.
I'm located in castlegar and there's not a single decent Thai place in the west Kootenays unfortunately. Might make another trip to k town just for dinner in the future...“

“Tried the mango chicken here and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had! The sauce had a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and the chicken was tender and well-cooked. The fresh mango flavor really stood out and didn’t taste artificial at all. Portion size was good for the price too. Definitely a must-try if you like a mix of sweet and savory dishes!

Also want to give a shoutout to our servers, Manjot and Joban—they were super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Their service really made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!“
