Never arrives on time, so pizza end up being not as hot and fresh as it should be.Will be contacting Pizza Hut corporate to see if they can remedy this as it is a very bad look for their company.
Unacceptable customer service. The individual serving us was quite unfriendly, very grumpy and disrespectful. It is hard to come back to this establishment when the service is always apauling, unwelcoming and there is no effort to be approachable.Hopefully the service can improve!

Ordered a large thin crust crispy Hawaiian pizza online. Got the email notice that it was on its way and would be there within the next ten minutes. A half hour later it finally arrived. The pizza was barely room temperature, soggy, not crispy and with hardly any taste. So disappointing. I can’t imagine ordering from this store ever again.
