“The chicken, fires, and gravy are all Excellent! KFC style but so much better! So much better! Chicken is so tasty and not greasy. Fries are fairly thick cut, perfect for dipping in the slightly peppery gravy. I've only tried one of the salads once and it was better than the 2 national brands you can get in the grocery store. This is pretty much a walk-up/take out restaurant (especially since covid--no eat-in anymore). I've only seen the same two people working there all these years. Brother/sister or husband/wife, I assume? They are hard workers putting in long hours 7 days a week. No money has been spent on the "dining room" or menu boards. LOL. They take cash and debit (credit??). Their debit machine has no tap function and is dial up so you need your PIN and a bit of patience. That is also way phone calls don't go through. I have never tried to pre-order by phone. Usually only takes about 10 min to get your order anyway. Can't recommend them enough. When family/friends come into town, I try to make sure we get LA Chicken for them while they are here.“

“Had the Pho Satay. Pretty on point. Generous amount of noodles that were cooked al dente. Been to a few pho restaurants where the noodles just break up apart, but not here. Would I have liked more rare beef? Perhaps. Maybe a little bit more basil...I only say this because it is at the $21 total price not including tip. The broth is phenomenal - the peanut spice mixture into the beef broth is top tier! The balance is just perfect. The flavour alone would probably make you think twice about going to a Japanese ramen spot and I'm a die hard ramen fan.

Service is excellent. I should probably add that it's refreshing to know that there is a restaurant that doesn't serve tap water. This place actually has CLEAN PURIFIED WATER. It makes a big difference for me anyways.

The girl at the counter was so courteous and very customer friendly .The service was very fast. “We came in for the half price wings, and it was worth it. We tried four varieties of regular wings… Dill Pickle, Texas Dry Rub, Fiji Flame, Louisiana Sweet & one order of Honey Garlic boneless wingerz. They were all delicious, but my personal favourite was Honey Garlic. Our server was great, very attentive. Our table needed to be cleaned/wiped, but we were already seated before we noticed. It was cleaned right away when we told our server. It was 12:20, and NFL Sunday, but they didn’t have the “local” (Seattle Seahawks) game on, so we requested that one of the stations be changed to that game. We asked immediately when we were seated, and were told it would be put on right away. We asked again, and we were told the same thing, that the Manager would do it right away. We asked again, but still nothing. Unfortunately, we finished our food without the game ever being put on which was disappointing, and we did let the server know. She apologized, but really what could be done now. Hopefully, they put the game on so others could enjoy it after we left. We really enjoyed the food, and we will definitely be back! 🙂“

Phone order was clear and polite/helpful. Delivery was punctual with polite service and pizza arrived at proper temperature. We ordered 1 pizza with gluten free crust which my wife stated was very good and I had regular crust which was also good. We had 3 different toppings over the 2 deliveries and all were good! “A business loses stars for fixable but ignored safety or health infractions, or genuine interactions directly with the owner/manager. They don't lose stars for simple human mistakes, unpredictable accidents, or the behaviour of other customers.

Having said that, I've had an excellent experience with this Domino's. My online orders are prompt, the tracker functions fine, they honour coupon codes and the staff has always been friendly and courteous.

Honestly, the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my card, and it was a bit stressful for me, but the cashier—whose name I think was Anju or Ranju (I apologize if I got it wrong)—handled everything with so much patience and kindness.

“I tried to order on-line but my coupon wasn’t accepted, so I resorted to telephone and when I went to pick up I had inadvertently selected wrong location. The staff at Ladner were able to correct and made a fresh pizza for me to carry out. The Assistant Manager was helpful, courteous and professional. “A little cramped, a little dingy, a little disorganized, this restaurant will win you over not with looks but with comfort food, refreshing soda, and a kind soul.

The curry chicken is presented like an omurice with several fat chunks of chicken around it. The chicken was pleasantly soft and chewy, and went well with the curry sauce. The rice was a bit hard, but no points lost for that. I could eat it just fine with the thinly spread egg. The star of the show was actually the berry soda! Sweet but with the right amount of tanginess, and with some berry pulp at the bottom to top it off!

There was enough soda in one cup to last me two meals. It’s enough of a selling point for me to return. I usually don’t drink soda, but damn, you got to me. Thank you!“

“Honestly don’t know why this place is called Wu Fung Dessert when they don’t sell any desserts at all. I was doing a Richmond food court crawl and visited Aberdeen Centre to try out the chicken wings here. This seems to be one of the most popular, if not the most popular, place to go in this food court according to online food bloggers. Other notable places include Champion Potato Noodles, John 3:16, etc., but this one stood out the most to me.

Prices seem a bit expensive, at $8 for 3 wings (very minor discount if you buy more, with $15.50 for 6 ($0.50 discount) or $30 for 12 ($2 discount). However, the wings were full on wings with drum, flat, and tip, so it’s not that bad, but still not cheap.

I got a few wings to try out myself first and I have to say that they’re one of the best (Chinese fried) wings I’ve ever had. It’s hot, juicy, crispy and has a simple, yet addicting seasoning. It’s slightly different from the Chinese American fried wings as it has less of a batter and less garlic, and more peppery. It was so good I opted to buy the 12 wing option after, but the taste after bringing them home was incomparable with eating them on the spot.

I also got HK style milk tea for $3.50. I don’t know why being cold warrants it being $0.50 more than hot, but whatever.

Despite me praising the food here, I think the service wasn’t good. They gave me one box that didn’t fit 12 wings at all, completely unacceptable. I asked for another box, but no, boxes and bags cost extra. Makes no sense to me to serve someone like this. Lady at counter was also not so friendly, but whatever. I was mainly annoyed at how they packed the wings.“

“I ordered a pizza through the app and waited in store for it. They were very nice. I left to go to a meeting and then I saw a homeless man sitting outside 88 Supermarket so I asked him if he wanted some pizza. I explained I couldn’t give him the one in my hand as it was for a colleague, but I brought him to Pizza Hut and ordered a pizza for him. I told him I have to leave as I have a meeting but he could stay and pick up his pizza. I asked if he wanted pop and he went to grab one from the fridge. The worker was talking to their colleagues and in the end, he said that I could just pay for the pop and they would cover the pizza. I asked if that was okay and they said it was fine. That was extremely nice of them!!!! I will forever be going to this Pizza Hut shop, and I will be telling all my friends. This place is so friendly and nice - we need more people and places like you. “I’ve been ordering from Pizza Hut for a long time now, and I can honestly say they’ve been one of the most consistent spots when it comes to both food quality and customer service.

Every time I order, the food comes out fresh, hot, and exactly how you’d expect it. The crust always has that perfect balance—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and the toppings never feel cheap or rushed. You can tell they actually take the time to make everything properly instead of just throwing it together.

What really stands out though is the staff. Every interaction I’ve had, whether it’s picking up an order or dealing with delivery, the workers have been genuinely kind and respectful. It’s not that fake “customer service voice” either“

“What an unforgettable experience! Manager Bairen or Bryan (not sure if I got the name right) was amazing. He took extra steps to take care of the customers. We’ll definitely order from this place whenever we want pizza.Here is the story, I am visiting my senior parents from San Francisco. After picking up the pizza, my parents had a harder time chewing because it’s too thin and too crispy for them. Not sure what went wrong, I called Pizza Hot. The manager explained there are 3 different kinds of crusts and what my parents had before probably was hand crafted which is between the thin and pan crust. And he offered to bake a new hand crafted crust for my senior parents so they can enjoy.Really appreciate what the manager did for us!“
