I don't know what happened but the service and support is absolutely horrific.
since the pandemic we no longer receive the mailed coupons but rather all the promotionals are emailed. so I went into my local A&W for the $1 coffee and they said I had to download the app. I downloaded the A&W app only to find out I have to put all my credit card information on it. having been scammed online my financial institution does not allow me to put my credit card information online...read full review
Used to be good, but last couple experiences just awful - franchise owner defensive and indifferent. The A&W in Nanaimo south end a much, much better option.
