The staff are generally friendly and helpful, with one exceptional visit where the employee at the window was very confident, communicative, and offered a similar donut when the desired one was sold out. The Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza was also praised as a good "fast food" option. However, one location was noted to have issues with the quality of ingredients and subpar coffee, though the drive-thru staff were still described as lovely.
