Very frustrating experience initially. I entered my office address in New Westminster on the website, but the system automatically assigned my order to the Langley location, which is extremely far from me. I contacted Naz from the Langley location for help and was initially told there was nothing she could do.
Thankfully, they did follow up with me afterward and processed the refund, which I appreciate.

So i ordered thru Uber Eats cause i was at work so my boss and i ordered some sandwiches, number 6 roasbeef and Turkey Pesto i believe its called, i have to say out of all the sandwich franchises that are out there, you guys are by far THE BEST AND FRESH SANDWICHES WE HAD! Bread was fresh, soft, super tasteful, ingrediets were super fresh and delicious! Definitely coming back for more! Keep up the AMAZING work, subway or Quiznos have nothing like you guys do!
I ordered the large club. I added pickles and cucumbers. I didn't realize they charged extra. Real turkey breast meat. Sandwich is loaded. My mom had the beef dip. She said it was good . The gravy was good. I tried it too. For a first time experience it was good. I wouldn't pick this as my go to sandwich place though. Due to the extra charges for veggies. And I also like my sandwiches warm.

Big Star is a frequent stop as they have a wide variety of food options and accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets. No33 is amazing! While the food and service were great, the atmosphere left something to be desired; it wasn’t the most inviting or cozy. The sandwich was decent but not worth the price, and after paying, you might still be hungry.
