Had a craving for fancy Ice Cream today and went in with my partner. We both enjoyed our orders, but what I wanted to talk about was the staff. The young lady who served us was kind, patient, helpful, cheerful, talkative and clearly liked her job and cared about ensuring each customer was happy with their order. Outstanding customer service and such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much.
First time here for me. Ice cream was good. Fairly pricey for 3 ice cream bowls over $36. Tables needed cleaning. The one we sat at was clean. 1 tiny napkin to keep clean. Been here once now, dont think I will be back.
I had a really great experience at the Marble Slab Creamery in Langley. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and tasted amazing, and I loved being able to choose my own mix-ins. Everything was made quickly, and the store was clean and well kept.
