i used to love going here but then i had issues with my rewards card i had earned my reward drink but the lady said next time i come in i would get it so i waited and then the next time i went in the othet lady said i had the box already crossed off but i told her i that the other lady said next time. she denied it which is fine i guess but when i messaged the manager she or he legit saw the message and did not even respond i had gone here for over 3 years i wont be going again....read full review
I live really close by this location and have stopped in with my 3 kids from time to time.
When the place is empty I find their customer service good and the orders quick. But once you have a small line, you can be waiting up to 20 mins to place an order. But they are still polite.
Today was not a good day.

Mattu's Coffee & Tea is a local coffee shop that offers a decent cup of coffee. The establishment has an adorable atmosphere and plenty of seating room. Customers have enjoyed every drink they have tried, and the peanut butter cookies with the chocolate dip are delicious. The staff are welcoming, super friendly, and do their best to get through lines efficiently. Coffee at Mattu’s is really good, and the service is amazing. It is a cute little place to walk around and shop a bit.
