I usually order takeout and have always had a great experience. The kitchen is attentive to my preferences, especially with how I like the chicken cooked. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful over the phone. I do miss the old rewards program (I preferred earning points for cash rather than free food), but aside from that, I’m very happy with their service and the quality of the food.
Have come here quite a few times in the past, haven’t this last year and just recently came back. The quality of food has gone down hill and everything was SUPER salty. Prices were expensive for what was served. Napkins were also out and I watched three different customers ask for some and it didn’t get stocked. We also didn’t have napkins for our whole meal.
It’s a nice place for those who have memories there, but the tables and chairs seem quite old.
But it seems that many people like it just the way it is, because it’s usually busy and has lots of customers. The staff are friendly and treat people with kindness.
