One of those meals where everything just came together perfectly. The fish was superb, incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked, and the Wellington was absolutely spot-on. You can tell there’s real attention given to the quality of the produce and the execution of every dish.
I’m genuinely so glad we came. Dustin took excellent care of us, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly someone who really knows his craft.
